The hotel was clean. The staff was excellent at cooperating and efficient. The location was central, close to a beautiful coffee shop called "Brew Coffee Port" and various banks and major tourist attractions. A restaurant attached to the hotel was convenient for dining.

Free breakfast to star a day with local food, many varieties and the black olives.

Stayed here for shopping, no complaints. Magnificent location in the Black Oliver restaurant, outstandingly accommodating staff, everything was very good. Location: the hotel was short walk to the centre of Kathmandu in the trendy area of Thamel, nice restaurants, and the touristic buses. Enjoyed the neat room, and the magnificent view of valley. The free parking was on-site, exceptional service. Soft drinks, strong wifi were a nice surprise.

The single room I stayed in at Thamel Grand Hotel was brand new and beautifully maintained. the hotel's location is excellent and perfect, with on-site parking available. - I am looking forward to returning soon as I truly enjoyed my time there.

This hotel is a great find in the heart of Thamel. The location is perfect, right behind the Black Olives Restaurant in the center of the tourist district. The staff here are so friendly and attentive, making sure all your needs are met. The rooms on the 4th or 5th floors have a lovely balcony with a natural feel. The attention to detail in this hotel is impressive, with fresh sheets, new toilet paper, and bottles of still water provided daily. The included breakfast at the Black Olives is tasty and served with very limited options, but it's a great way to start your day.

The location was amazing, just a pleasant stroll away from the Tribhuvan. It was walking distance to cafés and eateries. - the breakfast was delectable as expected with many varieties, including western options and black olives.
